The Westin Harbour Castle is about a ten-minute walk south from Union Station, Toronto’s hub for VIA Rail, GO Transit and the subway. The 509 Harbourfront and 510 Spadina streetcars stop close to the door, and the PATH network keeps most of the walk indoors.
Billy Bishop sits on the Toronto Islands, directly across the harbour from the venue. A free shuttle and a short pedestrian tunnel connect the terminal to the mainland at Bathurst Street, and it is a brief taxi or rideshare east along the waterfront from there. For most Canadian connections this is the fastest arrival.
The UP Express runs from Pearson Terminal 1 to Union Station in about twenty-five minutes, every fifteen minutes for most of the day. From Union, walk south or take the 509 streetcar. Taxis and rideshares from Pearson take longer and cost considerably more.
The venue is just south of the Gardiner Expressway at the foot of Bay Street, with on-site valet and self-parking. Downtown Toronto traffic is heavy at both ends of the day, so allow more time than the map suggests if you are driving in on the morning of Day 1.
Expect cold, bright days by the water and early dark in the late afternoon. Wind off Lake Ontario makes it feel colder than the forecast. Bring a proper coat and comfortable shoes for the walk to Union.
The I4PL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and accessibility needs indicated at registration. Requests must be submitted no later than 5 November 2026; later requests may not be possible to accommodate. Submit as early as you can, and contact The I4PL directly to discuss specific needs.
