What is CTDP certification?
CTDP is I4PL’s nationally recognized professional credential for experienced workplace learning and development practitioners. The recovered donor guidance describes competence in performance needs assessment, instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation.
Who is it for?
The recovered guidance describes CTDP as intended for mid- to senior-level practitioners with at least four years of relevant experience in designing learning solutions, delivering training, and leading learning or performance-improvement work.
What does the knowledge examination cover?
The donor guidance describes an examination aligned with the I4PL competencies. Current format, dates, and requirements must be confirmed by I4PL before registration opens.
Is the CTP designation still offered?
The captured FAQ states that CTDP is the current I4PL certification and CTP is no longer offered.
