New Research on Diversity, Inclusion, Connections, and Equity (DICE)

I4PL Research Committee · January 21, 2023 · 1 min read

A person with dreadlocks is sitting across from a person holding a clipboard and marking information down with a pen.

Whether assessing needs, facilitating learning experiences, or partnering with clients, L&D professionals aim to support all learners, organizational performance depends on it. And there’s a lot to understand. People are multidimensional, with intersecting identities, abilities, and needs. The contexts they work in are also varied.

To better understand issues of Diversity, Inclusion, Connections and Equity (DICE) in the Canadian performance and learning landscape, I4PL is conducting a multi-pronged research study. And you can help!

The DICE Community of Practice (CoP), together with the Research Committee, is leading this effort. Our goal is to investigate how performance and learning professionals currently incorporate DICE principles in their work. We are looking for participants with all levels of experience and knowledge, from across industries and geographic areas. You do not have to be an expert.

Please consider being part of this important initiative.
