The Institute for Performance and Learning recognizes these programs as addressing the competency areas for learning and development professionals set out in the Competencies for Performance and Learning Professionals.
Graduates of the programs listed below receive a credit of one year toward the work experience requirement of the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) certification.

Recognition is granted for a five-year term after a review of the program against the I4PL competencies. Institutions that would like a program considered can write to the National Office.
