The Skills for Success initiative, funded in part by the Government of Canada's Skills for Success Program, has developed resources to help Canadian workers thrive in a rapidly evolving economy. By focusing on Adaptability, Collaboration, and Creativity & Innovation, it gives people the tools to succeed in modern workplaces and navigate industry change.

As industries change with digital transformation, these three skills have become critical to success. The project aligns with Canada's vision of a skilled, inclusive and innovative workforce, so every worker is prepared for the future.
