The Research Committee fosters collaboration, sparks innovation and creates opportunities to upgrade skills. Its members are practising professionals who volunteer their time to advance performance and learning across the country.
Research is one of the four pillars of the Institute's strategic plan, under Reputation and Reach: a commitment to being an authoritative voice on organisational performance and learning, grounded in evidence rather than opinion.

Interested in sharing something with the I4PL community? Submissions come from academic and professional perspectives, and the two have more in common than people expect.
We are also looking for original writing on learning and performance topics, from practitioners and academics alike. If you have been meaning to write it down, this is the place for it.
What we are looking for, how submissions are reviewed, and what to prepare before you send anything.
Dedicated professionals committed to the advancement of performance and learning across Canada.
